Making Sustainability Happen

SLR is a committed partner in our clients’ sustainability journeys.

We help them move from influence to impact, turning intent into purposeful, practical action.

Our purpose—Making Sustainability Happen—means delivering solutions that are environmentally and socially sound while supporting commercial and strategic success. We focus on real-world outcomes, helping clients embed sustainability into the core of their business and create value that lasts.

Our Sustainability Goals

SLR takes a responsible attitude to the environment and to the communities in which we live and work.

To help achieve this, we have committed to reducing our operational GHG emissions through the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi). In line with global emissions goals to keep warming below 1.5°C, our validated targets include our near-term and long-term gross reduction targets to reduce Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 42% by 2030, and 90% by 2040; as well as Scope 3 GHG emissions by 25% by 2030 and 90% by 2040 respectively.

Our Sustainability Report

One Team Culture

SLR’s One Team culture is the backbone of our organisation. Our strength not only comes from our skills and experience, but also from our ability to collaborate across disciplines and regions - supporting each other on a global basis. Our One Team remains the primary reason why colleagues say they love working at SLR, and is the key to our ability to offer clients full-spectrum sustainability solutions and support.

DE&I

We believe that, just as in the natural world, diversity brings strength and resilience to our organisation. We recognise that people from all backgrounds with unique experiences, perspectives, and viewpoints are essential to our success. We will continue to foster a culture that encourages, supports, and celebrates the diverse voices of our employees. It fuels our innovation and connects us closer to our clients and the communities we serve.
