Biography

Morgan has over 20 years’ experience in the field of air quality and is a Technical Director managing the European Region Air Quality Team. The team has contributed to published regulatory guidance, provided consultancy to the central UK and devolved governments, and completed EIA’s for Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects. Alongside managing the team Morgan is still ‘hands-on' with technical work supporting clients with their sustainability goals. He oversees multiple projects and adopts a pragmatic problem-solving approach to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients in securing planning and Permitting consents.

Morgan has extensive experience of carrying out air quality impact assessments for EIA, Environmental Permitting, human health risk assessments, and occupational exposure purposes, involving monitoring, modelling and research for a range of developments, including the minerals, energy, wastewater, solid waste, food and drink, intensive agriculture and chemical sectors. Morgan is accomplished in the use of atmospheric dispersion modelling techniques using a range of models including Industrial Source Complex (ISC), AERMOD, IRAP-h, and ADMS.
