Duncan Whyte

Biography

Duncan is based in our Christchurch office. He has over 28 years of planning experience in New Zealand and Australia, providing a broad range of consenting and policy expertise. He has led several policy processes for developing district plans for councils and private plan changes for residential developments, including medium-density residential projects in Hanmer Springs, Kirwee, and Prebbleton. In Australia, he has been involved with several large-scale infrastructure projects, including gas and electricity transmission, wastewater, busway, road/rail, and ports.
