Maximising site potential on historic conventional lots is a complex puzzle requiring comprehensive design by a team invested in a quality outcome, for both the future homeowner/occupier and the local community.

SLR provides Neilston Homes with site specific landscape architectural services to complement the architectural solutions for challenging medium density housing sites.
Our Landscape Architects represent the client during Kāinga Ora design review panel meetings, then fine-tune landscape design solutions which are incorporated in resource consent applications.
We have worked together with Neilston Homes to consent numerous development blocks of affordable healthy homes throughout Ōwairaka / Mt Albert and Mount Roskill in central Auckland.
